Small lettering and complicated artwork often need to be simplified before they stitch cleanly. We build the embroidery around the actual hat, finished size and viewing distance instead of blindly converting a screen graphic.

Typical pricing ideas

Current examples are about $18 each at 24 for patch hats and $20 each at 24 for embroidered hats. Final pricing depends on the hat blank, artwork, stitch count, patch construction and quantity.
